Terms of sale

By placing an order through our website you agree to our terms and conditions of sale. 

Placing your order constitutes an offer and the contract is formed between us when we take payment. 

When placing an order with us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 

Terms of service

This website is operated by Totally Baked Cake Co and the use of ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ is used to refer to Totally Baked Cake Company. 

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend use of our website at any time, and will not be liable if our website is unavailable for any reason.

Product

We will always endeavour to keep our website up to date in line with the availability of our bakes, but in the event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order we will contact you promptly to arrange a suitable alternative or a refund. 

The images used on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are not to be used as a guarantee of what you will receive. All of our bakes are handmade and as such the design, decoration and presentation of each individual bake may vary. 

Delivery 

All of our bakes are carefully packaged up and shipped using DPD. Due to the nature of our bakes we can only ship to mainland UK, and are unable to ship to the below postcodes: 

KA27, KA28, KW15 to KW17, PH19 to PH50, PA20 to PA78,

HS1 to HS9, ZE1 to ZE3

AB31 to AB56, IV1 to IV63, KW0 to KW14, PH15 to PH18, FK17 to FK21

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland 

Payments

All orders placed online require payment via our online checkout with one of the supported payment methods. 

By placing an order you confirm that the card or bank account used to raise the order is yours, or that you have permission from the account holder. 

Refund policy 

We are unable to accept refunds for any of our products as they are perishable goods, this is in accordance with your consumer rights. 

Allergens

All of our bakes are made out of one kitchen, so we cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen free

Your personal information (and the names and addresses of your recipients) entered when placing your order

Payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal and we do not have access to your bank details.
